Webinar: CHIA's Hospital-Specific Readmissions Profiles

The Center for Health Information and Analysis (CHIA), Massachusetts Health and Hospital Association, and Collaborative Healthcare Strategies have partnered to offer a webinar about CHIA's Hospital-Specific Readmissions Profiles.

The profile series provides key insights into all-payer all-cause unplanned readmissions for each of the 58 acute care hospitals in Massachusetts through the most recent state fiscal year for which data is available (SFY17). All-payer all-cause readmission analyses may be of interest to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, accountable care organizations, community partners, researchers, and agencies working to reducing hospital readmissions in the Commonwealth.

Please join us on Tuesday, March 19th from 12:00 to 1:00 PM as we walk participants through the features of the hospital-specific readmissions profiles and discuss how the data can be used to inform hospitals' readmission reduction efforts. The profiles will be updated with SFY17 data on Tuesday morning.
