CHIA Releases Interactive Provider Quality Dashboard

CHIA is excited to announce the publication of an interactive dashboard on selected clinical quality measures for 2018. As part of CHIA's ongoing work to monitor health care quality in the Commonwealth, A Focus on Provider Quality: Selected Clinical Measures, 2018 examines performance across a subset of metrics from the NCQA Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS ®) *. This analysis explores the clinical performance of care delivered to Massachusetts commercial HMO/POS members during 2018, both at the statewide and primary care medical group levels.

The measures covered in this dashboard cross several domains of care delivered or overseen by primary care providers, including:

• Adult Diagnostic and Preventive Care
• Chronic Condition Care
• Mental Health
• Pediatric and
• Adolescent CareWomen's Health

This dashboard is also accompanied by a detailed databook and a technical appendix.
